An entrepreneur and industrial engineer, Sze has built multiple successful ventures across lighting, automation, and manufacturing. With over a decade of experience in scaling businesses and navigating operational challenges, he co-founded Devol Robots with the vision of revolutionizing robotic manipulation. Passionate about solving meaningful problems, Sze believes that true progress comes from liberating humanity from repetitive tasks, enabling greater focus on innovation and creativity.

Elijah, Ong

Elijah is a robotics expert specializing in control algorithms, artificial intelligence, and robotic manipulation. With a Master’s degree in Robotics from Oregon State University, he has published research in top robotics conferences and contributed to advancements in reinforcement learning for robotic grasping. As a co-founder of Devol Robots, he is dedicated to developing intelligent robotic systems that seamlessly integrate advanced hardware with AI-driven capabilities.
